Dennis Zaslavsky, CFA joined Strategy Asset Managers as a Director, Senior Wealth Advisor. Previously, Dennis held a Senior Portfolio Manager and Risk Analyst position at van Biema Value Partners, LLC, since 2011. Dennis adds tremendous depth to the Strategy Asset Managers team having been responsible in his previous firms in portfolio management, due diligence, capital raising, and client communications, overseeing $1 billion in institutional and fund-of-funds portfolios. He has successfully led due diligence efforts for hedge funds and private equity managers, implemented strategic asset allocations, and utilized interest rate derivatives and FX hedging to improve the financial health of defined benefit plans.

Prior to van Biema, Dennis held senior positions at Citi and HSBC, where he serviced macro hedge fund clients in the Alternative Fund Services Division. He is a CFA Charter holder and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.  Dennis maintains strong personal and business connections in Miami and New York, with affiliations including Babson College, the CFA Society Miami Chapter, and the Chabad Russian Center of Aventura.
